The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance customer service and field service operations. Functional Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Service Cloud solutions. Configure and customize SAP Service Cloud to align with business processes. Develop and optimize customer service workflows, including case management, service requests, and omnichannel interactions. Integrate SAP Service Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP MM, and third-party applications. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve customer service automation and AI-powered service processes. Technical Responsibilities: Develop and implement technical enhancements, including SAP SDK (Software Development Kit), BTP (Business Technology Platform), and SAP Cloud Applications Studio. Design and develop custom extensions, workflows, and reports in SAP Service Cloud. Work on integration using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), APIs, and middleware. Perform data migration and master data setup in SAP Service Cloud. Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. For an overall 10 plus years of experience 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM, SAP C/4HANA, or SAP Service Cloud implementations. Strong functional knowledge of SAP Service Cloud modules (Case Management, Ticketing, Omnichannel, Service Level Agreements, etc.). Experience in SAP SDK, SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, and middleware integration. Familiarity with SAP MM and SAP SD integration for service-related processes. Experience with SAP Cloud Application Studio (PDI Development) for custom enhancements. Strong understanding of customer service automation, AI-powered service processes, and chatbot integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certified in SAP Service Cloud, SAP Customer Experience (CX), or SAP C/4HANA. Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service processes. Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
