Your role will be key in supporting the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP solutions, with a primary focus on Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and Transportation Management (SAP LE-TRA). You will be the go-to expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that business needs are translated into effective, efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops on Transportation Solution Confirmation, guiding key decisions and configuring LE-TRA solutions. Design and document functional requirements and designs for business processes. Conduct FIT/GAP analysis to ensure process alignment and identify improvement areas. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Warehouse and Logistics Management processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop innovative business process improvements. Support functional and technical testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Facilitate communication and decision-making across multiple teams to drive project success. Provide solutions to complex problems, both within your team and cross-functionally. Required Skills and Experience: 1. LE-TRA Configuration experience. 2. Strong understanding of Transportation Processes and best practices. 3. Expertise in SAP Inventory Management (IM). 4. Advanced proficiency in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). 5. Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design. 6. Intermediate proficiency in Warehouse Management and Functional Designs. 7. Good understanding of Logistics Management strategies. 8. Strong collaboration and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive decisions. Preferred Skills and Experience: 1. SAP TM (Transportation Management). 2. SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) experience. 3. Experience in Warehouse Management processes. Additional Information : Industry experience is not required but is a plus. Educational background is not a strict requirement, though beneficial. The role may extend beyond the initial engagement depending on project needs.
