As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Appian Low-Code platform, enabling efficient business process automation and application development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Appian platform to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs. Customize and extend Appian applications, including user interfaces, business processes, and integrations. Develop Appian features including Process Models, SAIL interfaces, Data Types, and Web APIs. Perform system configuration and integration with external systems and databases. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance and scalability. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Appians core components (Process Models, SAIL, Records, Reports, and Web APIs). Experience with integration techniques such as REST, SOAP, and web services in Appian. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL for managing and integrating data in Appian. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise-level applications, including CRM, ERP, and/or workflow automation. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices. Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN.
