Gap analysis Swot analysis 5+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including: Wireframes or screen mockups, context diagrams benefits realization business process models workflow diagrams traceability matrix 3+ years of experience with agile methodology / scrum processes and ceremonies including: daily scrum sprint planning backlog grooming sprint reviews sprint retrospective. 3+ years of experience working with azure devops backlog management, kanban board, sprint board, etc. 5+ years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. experience writing test plans and use cases. Working knowledge of systems engineering methodology (sem) and project management methodology (pmm) senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (sadlc) strong written and verbal communication skills Interview Process: Hiring manager will likely request onsite interviews. Candidates must be available to interview onsite at the Lansing office. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of any virtual interviews, if requested. Duration: 1 year with the intention for contractor to convert to fulltime at the State of Michigan in 1-2 years. At the time of conversion, candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the State of Michigan. Remote or On-site: Candidates MUST be local at time of submission. Hiring manager is not currently interested in candidates who will need to relocate to accept offer. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Position will be hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 2 days a week.
