Benefits Experience Navigator (BEN) is a tool designed to help employees and customers navigate their benefits more effectively. It provides a user-friendly interface to access and manage various aspects of their health plans, including coverage details, claims, and wellness programs. BEN aims to simplify the benefits experience by offering personalized support and resources tailored to individual needs. Duties: As part of a team, develop BEN (Benefits Experience Navigator). Design and coded web-based and plugin-based apps for event-based orchestration systems. Implemented react plugins to interact with the Angular applications Develop reusable components reusable components which can be reused at the enterprise level applications Skills: React, JS, Redux, etc. Ability to work within a team - comfortable presenting ideas, giving and accepting feedback Ability to partner well with backend teams to deliver solution together Education: Bachelors Degree + 6 years experience, or 11 years without degree.
