Role: QA Automation Tester with DevOps Location: Remote Duration: Long term Mandatory skills: Strong selenium with Java, DevOps knowledge and salesforce domain exp. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Automation Tester with a strong background in DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality assurance, automation, and continuous improvement, ensuring our software products are reliable, scalable, and of the highest quality. Key Responsibilities: Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data. Collaborate with developers to understand application functionalities and identify test scenarios. CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Ensure automated tests are run as part of the build process and provide immediate feedback on code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures and test environment setup. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on test planning, estimation, and execution. Communicate test results, defects, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Continuous Improvement: Advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and tools. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation testing and DevOps practices.
