Python/NodeJS developer with recent Telecommunication domai n Job Title: Developer (IVR and Telecommunications) Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid) Eligibility: USC, TN, H4-EAD, H1b Key Responsibilities: Speech Recognition Systems: Manage and develop speech recognition systems and grammars to enhance IVR applications. Third-Party Integrations: Implement third-party integrations, including AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, CRM (Salesforce), and Google CCAI. System Integration: Integrate telephony systems with other enterprise systems using various protocols such as SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced IVR applications in an object-oriented programming language. Ensure seamless integration with back-end systems and APIs. Required Skills and Experience: IVR & Telecommunication Expertise: Advanced understanding of IVR technology, telecommunication devices, networks, software, and systems. Speech Recognition Management: Proven experience managing and developing speech recognition systems and grammars. Third-Party Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating systems such as AWS Lambda (NodeJS/Python), AWS Lex, Amelia, Polly, Salesforce CRM, and Google CCAI. Web Services & APIs: Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, and cross-system communication protocols (SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST). Software Development Skills: Proficient in object-oriented programming languages and the design/development of advanced IVR applications. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry. Experience with telephony system integration in large-scale enterprise environments.
