This role will focus on utilizing your expertise in SAP systems to support business operations, configure SAP modules, and ensure seamless business process integration. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team to deliver effective SAP solutions. Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications and SAP requirements. SAP Configuration: Configure SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, SCM, PM) to meet business requirements, ensuring the system is optimized for business processes. Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and propose SAP-driven solutions for process optimization and efficiency gains. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios and collaborate with the QA team to ensure all configurations and solutions work correctly in line with business requirements. Training and Support: Provide training to end users on SAP functionalities. Offer ongoing support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation related to SAP system configurations, process workflows, and user guides. Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations, etc.) to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs and ensure smooth integration across different modules. Post-Implementation Support: Assist in post-implementation support by identifying issues, solving problems, and ensuring system optimization post go-live. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an SAP Functional Business Analyst or a similar role. Strong experience with SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, PP, SCM, and PM. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions. Experience in SAP system configuration, implementation, and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in relevant modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Experience working in an Agile or similar project management environment. Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
