Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the integration of SAP modules with other enterprise systems. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Conduct system analysis, design, and performance tuning. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Key Modules: SAP Payroll (PY): Understand payroll processes, including payroll calculation, deductions, and reporting. SAP Time Management (TM): Understand different leave types and PTO time recording, attendance management, and leave processing. SAP Labor Relations (LR): Oversee implementation of labor agreements, union negotiations, and compliance with labor laws.
