Responsibilities will be centered around deploying, configuring, and supporting the integration of the ThreatConnect platform with other systems. Responsibilities: Deployment and Configuration: Install and configure the ThreatConnect platform and its supporting technologies. Technical Support: Provide solutions-based support to customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth operation. Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them maximize the platform's potential. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, often collaborating with various teams. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of deployments, configurations, and support activities.
