Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT JOB Description Project Overview: Our client is undergoing a Hyperion upgrade with a go-live date of May 2025. They are building four HFM environments and require a skilled Cognos Command Center Architect to guide them through the installation, configuration, and migration process. The client currently lacks a clear understanding of their needs and how to effectively utilize their tools, making this architect's expertise crucial for project success. Role: Cognos Command Center Architect Start Date: Immediately (through end of January 2025 for scoping, with project work estimated to continue until the end of February 2025) Duration: Initial scoping through end of January 2025, with project work extending to end of February 2025. Location: Remote (EST work hours with some flexibility offered) Responsibilities: Scope Definition: Lead the effort to define the scope of the Cognos Command Center implementation, including identifying specific requirements and deliverables. Installation: Install and configure Cognos Command Center. Integration: Establish seamless communication between Cognos Command Center and HFM. Implementation: Oversee the complete installation, configuration, and migration process within Cognos Command Center. Guidance: Provide expert guidance and best practices to the client team on utilizing Cognos Command Center effectively. Required Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in Cognos Command Center architecture and implementation. We are seeking a true architect who can immediately contribute without needing to "figure things out." Candidates must possess deep, hands-on knowledge of the tool. Experience with integrating Cognos Command Center with HFM. Strong understanding of Hyperion environments and upgrade projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the client team. Ability to work independently and proactively to define scope and deliver solutions. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Cognos Command Center Architect with a demonstrated track record of successful implementations, particularly within Hyperion environments. They will be comfortable working with clients who have limited knowledge of the tool and will be able to confidently guide them through the entire process.
