Demonstrable ability to hand-code advanced CSS, HTML, and JavaScript without relying on frameworks. Proven experience in responsive and adaptive design, understanding the importance of pixel-perfect precision. Solid grasp of web accessibility standards and their implementation. Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
