Role: Systems Engineer (VMWare expert and Windows Server) Location: Perth Amboy, NJ (Candidate will work mostly remote but they would like the person to be close in the event they need to come in for important events or meetings. Please target clients that are within a few hours drive. **If the person is local to NJ that will set them apart. Term: 6 months+ VMware Expert: Needs to update and align hosts, optimize performance, and address latency. Requires expertise in connected storage and fiber channel to address storage performance issues. Focus on ESXi clusters. Windows Server Domains: Active Directory has many errors across servers and event logs. Previous approach involved re-strategizing and reinstalling without fixing systemic issues. Needs someone to identify and solve these issues. Focus on outstanding maintenance (Support) rather than new projects. Needs expertise in VMware, ESXi, and connected storage with fiber channel. Active Directory has replication errors, certificate warnings, and timing issues.
