Job Title : Enterprise Architect Location : Atlanta, GA Duration : Long term Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with over 20+ years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale IT solutions in Infrastructure & applications, and a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to align withbusiness goals and objectives. Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex IT systems, ensuringthey meet business requirements and industry standards. Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and their potential impact on theorganization. Provide recommendations for adoption. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and IT teams toensure alignment and support for architectural initiatives. Governance: Establish and enforce architecture governance processes to ensure compliancewith standards and best practices. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT architecture andinfrastructure. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and other IT professionals. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Over 25 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and digital transformation. Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF. Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects and initiatives. Strong understanding of Infrastructure services, Datacenter, Compute, Storage/backup, Hybrid cloud (Azure/GCS/AWS), Network (SDN), Cybersecurity, data management, and application development, AIOps & Observability, Service NOW, Gen AI, Workplace Services, Service desk, Application/Infrastructure Monitoring/Observability tools. Hands on experience in Infrastructure and applications, complex transformation initiatives like cloud migrations, Datacenter refresh, implementation of Gen AI solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels (CXOs). Must have worked 15-20 years in one of the leading IT services companies. Must have worked as an Enterprise architect for at least 5-7 years providing Infrastructure/applications roadmap and strategy to some of the large customers in US. Preferred Skills: Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF). Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Preferred qualifications: Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
