Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to management. Deep understanding of Internet Protocol (IP) addressing and Variable Length Subnet Mask (VLSM). Technical lead for Network Security team members and contractors, providing mentorship and facilitating communication across teams. Design and architect network security solutions to help protect the TGH enterprise network. Assist in the development and maintenance of security architecture policies and standards. Develops and helps lead network incident response processes and procedures while also assisting cybersecurity operations with network investigations. Continuous learning to stay up to date with the latest network security trends and technology, recommending appropriate security products and solutions for various network security platforms. Oversees the network security program and manages a team of network security professionals. Collaborate with mulitiple teams to ensure a cohesive security strategy. Create and maintain documentation of network security architecture, policies, and procedures. Advises management on security gaps and works with multiple teams to come up with cost effective solutions. Regularly review and audit the incident response process for effectiveness and make improvements as necessary. Design and implement a DNS/DHCP platform for the enterprise moving forward. Design and implement secure access policies for endpoints and medical devices across the TGH enterprise. Participate in on-call rotation and work off hours during high visibility changes and incident response investigations.
