Please find the job details below: Job Title: QA Engineer Location: Raleigh, NC (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to gather and understand functional requirements and workflows for banking applications Create test plans, test cases and test scripts aligned with the functional requirements focusing on core banking functionalities, compliance and security Perform functional, regression, integration and system testing for banking products like loans, payments, credit cards or digital banking platforms Use JIRA/Rally to track and manage defects. Provide documentation and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues Work closely with customer teams to provide updates, clarity issues and ensure delivery meets expectations Ensure testing aligns with banking regulations and standards/other applicable compliance requirements Assist during user acceptance testing by helping stakeholders test scenarios, track issues and provide resolutions Generate detailed test reports, dashboards, and metrics using JIRA, Rally to share testing progress and outcomes Required skills: 5+ years of experience in functional QA testing preferably in banking/financial services domain String experience with JIRA or Rally for test case management, defect tracking and reporting Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC in Agile or Waterfall environments Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in functional, integration, regression and system testing methodologies Thanks & Regards, Pradeep Sharma Email: [email protected] "Scalable Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
