This role will be focused on SAP HCM payroll and time management and will require deep expertise in HRIS systems, business analytics, and labor relations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with union organizations and optimizing HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications. Configure, implement, and optimize SAP HCM payroll and time management modules. Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with HRIS and other business systems. Provide expert troubleshooting and support for SAP HCM, resolving issues in a timely manner. Conduct system testing and UAT, ensuring all configurations meet business needs. Maintain up-to-date documentation, including functional specs, process flows, and user guides. Train and support end-users, enabling them to maximize SAP functionality. Stay updated on SAP best practices, system enhancements, and industry trends. Lead and contribute to HR technology projects to enhance operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 (eight) years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst with a strong focus on payroll and time management. At least eight years of experience working with union organizations and labor relations. Strong understanding of time and leave configurations in SAP HCM. Experience with HR processes, business analytics, and compliance requirements. Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to drive process improvements. Preferred Skills: Experience working with HRIS systems and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
