Job Title: Java Developer (H1B Consultant) Location: Onsite Locations: New York, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Jersey City, NJ; Lake Mary, FL; Boynton Beach, FL Employment Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our team for a contract-based opportunity. The role is open to H1B consultants with experience in Java development. This is an onsite position that will require travel to client locations.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Write well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product, and business analysts. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for software development. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and usability.Required Skills: Strong experience in Java programming and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Hands-on experience with database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.). Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs). Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices architecture. Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
