The ideal candidate will lead a team of designers and developers, creating engaging and intuitive interfaces while also contributing to the development process. This role requires a blend of creative design expertise and technical proficiency, ensuring that user experiences are not only visually appealing but also functionally robust. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and developers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Provide guidance on best practices in UI/UX design and development, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet user needs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights on user behavior and preferences. Translate user feedback and data into actionable design improvements and feature enhancements. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure that UI components are functional and user-friendly. Write clean, maintainable code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and contribute to front-end development tasks as needed. Stay involved in the development process to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize features. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical team members. Monitor and analyze user interactions and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization in UI design. Requirement: Bachelors degree in design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a focus on web and mobile applications. Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to execution. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Sketch. Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) preferred. Familiarity with responsive design principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG). Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a user-centered mindset.
