Role: AWS DevOps Tech Lead Location: Atlanta/GA 3 Days/ week Onsite Job Type: FTC Sound knowledge on AWS platform and configurations + DevSecOps, IaC (Prefer Cloud formation), Policy as Code & Controls Enforcement, Pipeline modifications Understanding of AWS Services, Use, Configuration, and Management Required Skills and Experience: Extensive knowledge of AWS services and configurations, including experience in selecting and implementing the right services for specific needs. Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. Strong understanding and practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using CloudFormation. Solid understanding of containerization technologies. Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with centralized logging solutions. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve AWS infrastructure and application issues. Experience with various AWS deployment strategies. Ability to create solution/design documents and runbooks. Experience in reviewing solution, design, test case, test results, runbook documents and code. Strong planning and tracking skills. Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with Stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer). Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
