Proven experience in managing testing activities for SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, etc. Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP systems and modules. Proficiency in test management tools like SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, JIRA, etc. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in relevant modules. Experience with agile methodologies and tools. Experience in managing global testing teams.
