Certification preferred. Experienced with very complex change situations in a matrixed environment, with multiple workstreams. Demonstrated experience working with small and large multi-million-dollar enterprise initiatives. MINIMUM SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have to be accepted for consideration for this position. Level of Education B.S. or B.A. Degree Years of experience in Position Title Minimum of five years of experience in a Lead Change Management role Certification(s) Certification in Change Management methodology such as Prosci using the ADKAR framework or comparable process. Project Size Demonstrated experience working with large-scope Enterprise projects and/or programs Project Types(s) Demonstrated experience working on PeopleSoft or other Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system projects and/or programs OCM Documentation Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining project documentation, including writing change strategies, communication plans, training plans, risk assessments, status reports and all other required program/ project documentation Communication Skills and Abilities Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that concisely convey a clear understanding of the message to different audiences Work Environment Should be able to work independently and/or in a team environment. -- Keywords: information technology green card Idaho Minnesota Job Role : Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant [email protected] |
