Job Description:

We are seeking a
highly skilled and experienced L2/L3 Application Support Engineer to join our
dynamic team in Lake Mary, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in production support, Unix/Linux administration, and database
management, with hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving real-time
issues using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace. This role requires a proactive
problem-solver who can ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of
our applications and systems.

Key
Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3
application support for critical production systems, ensuring
minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Utilize
monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace to
identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real-time.

Perform
Unix/Linux administration tasks, including system configuration,
troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Manage
and optimize databases (SQL Server, Oracle), including writing and
optimizing complex queries, performing ETL tasks, and ensuring data
integrity.

Collaborate
with development and infrastructure teams to deploy, maintain, and support
applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

Develop
and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and
procedures.

Participate
in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution to
prevent recurrence of issues.

Ensure
compliance with security and operational best practices across all systems
and applications.

Provide
on-call support as needed to address critical production issues outside of
standard business hours.

Qualifications
:

Proven
experience in production support and troubleshooting complex application
issues.

Strong
expertise in Unix/Linux administration and scripting (e.g., ,
Python).

In-depth
knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle), including query optimization,
ETL processes, and data integrity.

Hands-on
experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.

Proficiency
in using monitoring and diagnostic tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.

Excellent
problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment.

Strong
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively across teams.

Familiarity
with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) is a plus.
