Job Title: ServiceNow Architect ITSM Location: Remote Note: Only USC and GC Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with ITSM expertise to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, and experience in guiding teams through complex ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and architect scalable ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements and ITIL best practices. Define ServiceNow architecture, data models, integrations, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance. Lead ServiceNow ITSM implementations across Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management modules. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to gather and define technical and functional requirements. Develop technical roadmaps, governance frameworks, and architectural best practices for ServiceNow. Provide guidance on ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, security, and compliance requirements. Ensure seamless integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CMDB, monitoring tools, automation platforms). Oversee and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive automation and AI-based enhancements within the ServiceNow platform. Conduct design reviews, technical assessments, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new features and integrations. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, ITIL frameworks, and industry trends. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a focus on ITSM. Deep knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience implementing ITSM processes in ServiceNow. Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, UI policies, Business Rules, and Workflows. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub. Knowledge of ServiceNow security models, ACLs, and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework), Performance Analytics, and AI-driven automation. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) are required. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Experience with additional ServiceNow modules like ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, or CSM. Strong experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, AI/ML, and automation solutions. ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus.
