Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) ITSM

Location: Remote

Job
Summary:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) with ITSM expertise
to drive business process improvements and requirements gathering for
ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with
stakeholders to analyze business needs, translate them into functional
requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to implement ITSM solutions
effectively.

Key
Responsibilities:

Gather,
document, and analyze business and functional requirements for ServiceNow
ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB,
etc.).

Collaborate
with business users, IT teams, and ServiceNow developers to define
solutions that align with best practices.

Facilitate
stakeholder discussions to understand pain points and propose enhancements
to existing ITSM workflows.

Create user
stories, process flows, wireframes, and documentation for ServiceNow ITSM
configurations.

Work closely
with ServiceNow architects and developers to ensure requirements are
translated into functional solutions.

Perform gap
analysis and recommend improvements for ITSM processes and
ServiceNow configurations.

Conduct user
acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during go-live transitions.

Stay updated
on ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks to
optimize ITSM implementations.

Assist in
change management, training, and knowledge transfer for ServiceNow ITSM
solutions.

Required
Skills & Experience:

8+ years of
experience as a Business Analyst
 with a focus on ServiceNow
ITSM.

Strong
understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL
best practices.

Hands-on
experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident,
Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.).

Proficiency
in gathering business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow
functionalities.

Experience
working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and using tools
like Jira or Confluence.

Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and
documentation abilities.

Ability to
collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at
all levels.

ServiceNow
certification (CIS-ITSM or CSA)
 is a plus.

Basic
understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations is a
plus.

Preferred
Qualifications:

Experience
with additional ServiceNow modules like CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or SecOps.

Knowledge of
automation, AI, or machine learning capabilities in ServiceNow.

ITIL v3/v4
certification is highly desirable.
