Role: Salesforce Architect Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 6 months Vis: only H1B, H4, USC Local to PA only Job Description: Design creation leveraging best practices and present architecture options and recommendations. Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross team communication to enhance transparency review mechanism and issue resolution. Lead and guide the technical development team on requirements, be a coach for best practices and understand the Salesforce product offerings in detail. Create prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements. Responsible for reviewing and determining the readiness of user stories Translate the business requirements and map them to Salesforce product features. Evaluate AppExchange products and recommend them to the business to achieve specific business needs Identify escalate and monitor technical issues to resolution. Leading discovery sessions delivering full lifecycle SFDC from inception to rollout. Nice to have- Provider self-service portals experience.
