Title: Scrum Master Location: Remote Duration: 6+Months The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Facilitation of Scrum Master o Daily Scrum Meetings o Sprint Planning Meetings o Sprint Review Meetings o Sprint Retrospective Meetings Maintain Team Dynamics o Coaching team members (e.g., with one-on-one coaching) o Mediating through impediments & conflicts o Identifying outstanding project and product decisions impacting team delivery o Fostering the assigned teams self-organization o Supporting Team, Project and Organization goals with project leaders and product owner(s) o Giving feedback to the team o Encouraging the use of Agile Practices within the development teams o Recognizing team productivity issues & fostering continuous improvement methods to resolve the issues.
