Provide technical support and training to users on Jira functionalities and best practices. Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation. Stay updated with new features and best practices in Jira administration. | Desirable Skills: Experience with other Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira Product Discovery. Atlassian certification Jira Administration for Cloud is a plus. Understanding of project management with Agile mindset.
