Role :: SAP Purchasing-SCM Functional Consultant Location :: Bay Area, CA Duration :: 12 Months Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and supply chain management. Design, configure, and implement SAP MM (Material Management), SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), and SAP Ariba solutions. Integrate SAP Purchasing and SCM modules with FI/CO, SD, PP, and WM. Define and document business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide end-user training and post-implementation support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to enhance procurement workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP purchasing and inventory management. Stay updated with SAP best practices, new features, and emerging trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, SRM, or Ariba. Strong understanding of procurement processes, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, and contracts. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus. Knowledge of integration points with SAP FI, CO, SD, and PP modules. Expertise in data migration, system upgrades, and SAP implementation lifecycles. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP certification in MM, SRM, or Ariba is preferred.
