Role: Performance Engineer Location: Irving, TX Job Description: Message from Sapient Hiring Managers Desk They really need a strong hands-on Performance testing expert. They are open to someone who isnt the most senior but is hands on in these skills. Also, if they dont have SFCC experience, they are open to eCommerce. I know this is a difficult search but I know they are out there. Let me know if you have any questions. 3 months from start date Candidates hired will be converted over permanently to Publicis Sapient after 1-3 months. Our client is looking to acquire those hires from Publicis Sapient to Coppel after a year tentatively set for September 2025. Location: Expected to be onsite at the Publicis Sapient office in Irving, TX 3 days per week. Please aim to find local candidates who can work on-site. Travel: Another important requirement is candidates will be expected to travel to Mexico City at least once or twice in a quarter Required: Must Haves: eCommerce (B2c) Retail experience, Leadership and Strategic experience. SFCC experience preferred. Required Skills & Experiences Performance Testing Expertise: Proven experience in designing, executing, and managing performance testing strategies, including tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, K6, or similar. Digital Transformation & Re-platforming: Hands-on experience with medium to large-scale re-platforming or migration projects, preferably in retail or eCommerce domains. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with diverse teams (technical, business, vendors) to align performance goals with strategic objectives. Preferred Industry & Project Experience Retail or eCommerce background with prior experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar platforms.
