From: Nidhi Raj, Urbench [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Jr. Process Analyst Location: Boston (Hybrid): Ideally located in Boston for a hybrid work environment New York City: NYC-based candidates with willingness for some travel About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Process Analyst to support process documentation, analysis, and improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process Mapping & Analysis: Assist in documenting current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency enhancements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop process improvement strategies. Reporting: Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. Project Support: Participate in process improvement projects from inception through to implementation, tracking key performance metrics along the way. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in process analysis, business process management, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving project requirements.
