The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance banking applications while leveraging Azure cloud technologies. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java-based applications within the banking sector. Work with Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, etc., for cloud-based application development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy banking solutions. Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of banking applications. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and other best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the application infrastructure. Required Skills: Proficient in Java (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, etc.) development. Strong experience with Azure cloud technologies (App Services, Functions, SQL Database, etc.). Background in the banking or financial services domain. Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration. Experience with SQL and database management. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 1 year of Azure experience.
