Hybrid Mode Job : SAFe Product Manager - Alpharetta, GA Job Description: Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs. Analyze customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective. Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners. Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments. Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention Strong experience in a dynamic product management role. Experience with web customer onboarding processes. Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting. Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams. Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels.
