Job Position :- Senior Kafka Architect Locations :- Bolingbrook, IL (Remote ok) Duration :- LONG TERM Job Description:- Mandatory skills: Data Fabric-Big Data Processing-Kafka Design and implement Kafka based EDA (Event Driven Architecture) platform to support various integration use cases ensuring high performance , scalability, and reliability. Experience defining large scale Enterprise Integration strategy leveraging Kafka. Define and establish best practices and guidelines for Kafka development , security, and operations. Design Kafka deployment architecture having hands on experience in deployment and configurations on Kafka. Experience working in a Hybrid Multi Cloud Environment with GCP as primary Hyperscaler. Experience in Kafka platform ecosystem - clusters , brokers, producers/consumers, Kafka connect, streams , KSQL, admin APIs ,Kafka connect framework , source/sink connectors etc. Experience working in Agile Development environment. Experience working in retail domain is a plus. Any relevant certifications on Kafka , GCP are a plus. Job Summary To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery. 2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated. 3.
