The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance, availability, and security while leading the migration and modernization of customer call centers to the Amazon Connect platform.Required Qualifications: 12+ years of IT experience in customer service technologies, including cloud-based contact centers. Hands-on experience in AWS Connect and other AWS services. Strong background in functional design for contact center solutions. Experience in business case development and solution roadmaps for cloud contact centers. Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, technical leadership, and team management. Experience in digital transformation, AI/ML-driven automation, and contact center optimization. Expertise in conducting software evaluations for cloud migrations. Ability to set up pilots, POCs, and production migration strategies. Skilled in technology architecture for migrating contact centers from on-premise to cloud. Strong understanding of operational automation and contact center monitoring. Experience leading major technology transformations in AI/ML and contact center technologies.Preferred Qualifications: AWS Associate certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps, AWS Security). Experience in merging technologies due to organizational acquisitions. Knowledge of hybrid Estimated Wait Time (EWT) and call-back solutions for implementation success.
