Key Responsibilities and Required Skillset for this Role GWPC & PAS: Hands-on expertise with Guidewire Policy Center and Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Extensive experience in documenting mappings between the Policy Administration System (PAS) & Guidewire PolicyCenter (GWPC). Strong expertise with ETL transformations, and other requirements, and responsible for extracting the Renewal list on a daily basis, which will be keyed into GWPC. ETL Development and Maintenance: Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes to ensure seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources. Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems and platforms. Business Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Provide training and support to users on Power BI and reporting tools. Insurance Domain Expertise: Leverage knowledge of P&C insurance, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration, to develop relevant analytics solutions. Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and actuaries to address their data and reporting needs. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within reporting and data workflows.
