The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems and act as a crucial liaison between technical staff and business stakeholders. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to navigate complex corporate IT environments, and a track record of successful project management. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary interface between business and technology stakeholders in ETRM projects Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for ETRM systems and processes Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation libraries Facilitate user acceptance and drive project success through effective stakeholder engagement Collaborate with Product Owners to conduct discovery and analysis of ETRM platform features Develop and maintain user story backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and plan ETRM product roadmaps Essential Qualifications Proven ETRM experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ETRM systems in a senior business analyst role Stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, traders, and IT professionals Documentation excellence: Exceptional skills in creating and maintaining comprehensive, clear, and actionable project documentation Project management: Proven track record of successfully managing complex ETRM projects in large corporate IT environments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence Key Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen in the context of energy trading Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, complex environments Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Agile certifications) Experience with specific ETRM platforms (e.g., OpenLink, Allegro, Triple Point) This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your ETRM expertise and business analysis skills in a dynamic, high-impact position.
