Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs. Analyze customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective. Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners. Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
