We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job Title : Product Owner - Cash (Liquidity/Payments) management domain Work Location & Reporting Address: NY, NY - We will consider other locations if the candidate is exceptional (initial remote of 1 Month) Contract duration: 12 months Minimum Years of experience : 8+ years Job Description: Functional Knowledge of Cash Management (Payments and Liquidity Management). Hands on experience in handling business process in Cash Management. Good understanding of Cash Management Process life cycles and various product like Payments, ACH, Wires, RTP, Balacne Reporting, Zero Balancing, Liquidity management etc Strong Product Owner with ability to communicate at leadership level Should be able to talk confidently about Financial products like (Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Treasury Accounting, Back-office processes ) Can easily fit into Product owners role to deliver the product, must have worked on building / integrating products on various Fintech platforms Excellent analytical and communication skills at executive level; work closely with product team to define the strategy for release and implementation plan. Experience to evaluate relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions Write user stories & groom the scrum teams backlog, in partnership with the team At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Good understanding of Payments interface system and integrations Lead PI planning, Scrum ceremonies and backlog glomming meetings Define MVP and backlog prioritization using WSJF technique Analytical and Communication skills Planning, Co-ordination skills and experience in product development Experience with Scrum and Product management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Facilitate sprint demos and provide final acceptance for completed user stories; ensuring that the story meets their user story acceptance criteria and otherwise its definition of done. Oversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate Collaborate with product managers / program managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness Train other Scrum Masters and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff Initiated Requirements gathering, analyzing and authoring Use Cases & diagrams, creating business process models, and UML Diagrams using MS Visio and Lucidchart. Hands-on experience in technical writing and developing project related documents such as Requirement Specifications, System Specifications and preparing online Help. Developed the roadmap and requirements into a well-organized scrum product backlog, with clear concise user stories in JIRA that guide our development teams. Communicated and validated business requirements by creating easy-to-understand data flow diagrams, process models, sample scenarios and aligns them with functional and technical requirements. Worked as a part of the project team and acted as a bridge between the clients technology team by elaborating the requirements Elicited and documented both functional and non-functional requirements in-order to Translate stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams & UML Diagrams Extensively used MS Visio for creating business process flows, application service requests and infrastructure service request workflows using (cross functional) swimlane approach.
