Candidate should be able to manage and guide the scrum ceremonies. Keep team motivated.  Candidate should work as a leader to keep team on tracks and resolves to maintain the flow. Candidate should work closely with Product Owner in backlog refinement and stake holder communications. Candidate should be able to drive 10+ Agile boards and deriving the discovery of the projects.
