Please see the below Job Description and let me know if you have any matching resources available Role: Senior Data Analyst Location : New York Remote E-commerce experience preferred Role Summary As the Senior Data Analyst, Experimentation you will join a cross-functional team focused on developing and promoting experimentation standards across the enterprise. In tandem with the experimentation product and engineering leads, you will work to improve the depth of insights while always looking to shorten the speed of learning. This is a senior-level individual contributor role in which you will help to standardize testing set-up, definition and reporting of metrics, unlocking new data pipelines and making insight actionable through concise readouts to the broader organization. You will be a critical in helping to develop our testing capabilities and in quantifying the combined testing impact across the enterprise. The role requires both a strong strategic and tactical perspective, you will lean heavily on your collaboration skills to get work done, and will drive innovation through endless curiosity. We expect you to uncover actionable insights in customer behavior, support decision making and strategy, and create strong feedback loops through data analysis and visualization. You will help ELC to deeply understand our users, their problems, where they find value, and consistently strive to improve the overall customer experience from start to finish. You thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day, with data as your guide. Key Responsibilities Analyze experiment results and present findings in an actionable and concise manner effectively communicating the story behind the test results to varied audiences, including executive leadership. In partnership with the Experimentation Product Manager, recommend experiment methodology, as well as primary and secondary success measures to ensure all experiments are designed to deliver the desired insights. Inform experiment prioritization by auditing proposed ideas, analyzing the potential business benefit, ROI, and likelihood to deliver actionable insights. Monitor and measure launched experiments, synthesizing results from testing to continually inform the product development lifecycle. Participate in and influence the scaling of the experimentation program. Serve as the voice of data as we refine the program workflow, governance structure, and training and onboarding for new brands and markets. Lead efforts to improve the depth of insights derived from experiments. Partner with broader analytics and data science practitioners within ELC to gain access to more robust data sets. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science or related field 7+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis Advanced knowledge of analytical and statistical methods and the technical competence to apply these methods Strong experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and causal inference models. Well versed in test design including power analysis. High proficiency of SQL and experience with data platforms (Google BigQuery, Looker) Experience with experimentation tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, etc) Experience with behavioral analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, FullStory, Quantum Metric etc) Ability to craft an engaging narrative backed with concise data visualizations to broad audiences Works effectively in a remote environment with cross functional teams. Able to build trusted partnership Self-starter and self-motivated with the proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience utilizing data to drive decisions and change minds.
