Job Title: SAP Public Cloud Project Manager Location: Remote (Limited travel to Nashville) Contract Duration: 8+ months (after initial 3 months, their hours may be 30-40 per week) Company Overview: specializes in providing business and technology solutions across a variety of industries, including private equity, aerospace, defense, and financial services. The firm is currently working on an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation project and is seeking an experienced SAP Public Cloud Project Manager to lead and oversee the deployment efforts. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Public Cloud Project Manager to oversee and manage the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for one of our key clients. The selected individual will be responsible for leading the implementation using the SAP Activate methodology, while also being knowledgeable in SAP Public Cloud configuration and deployment. This position is a blend of project management and SAP configuration expertise, with an emphasis on delivering the project within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for the client, managing all aspects of the project using the SAP Activate methodology. They MUST be an expert in Public Cloud (NOT Private Cloud) Should have understanding of RISE and Grow for Public cloud Ensure effective management of the SAP Activate methodology, including understanding and applying best practices for the public cloud edition. Support the client in managing change and facilitating smooth transitions across the implementation phases. Work closely with project teams to anticipate potential challenges and mitigate risks before they arise. Provide and create project templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the implementation process. Guide the project team in delivering quality solutions while aligning with business needs. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Maintain project documentation and status updates, ensuring transparency and accountability. Required Skills & Experience: Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, with a strong understanding of configuration (private cloud experience is not relevant). Strong experience with SAP Activate methodology, specifically for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Knowledge of SAP Activate deployment and implementation processes for SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong change management skills to help clients through the process of adopting new technologies and methodologies. Ability to anticipate potential impacts across modules and proactively address challenges in a systematic and process-driven manner. Ability to create templates and process documentation to improve the implementation process.
