Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation for Guidewire solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire applications. Work with QA teams to ensure the quality and functionality of software deliverables. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Guidewire development and implementation. In-depth knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite products (PolicyCenter, Billinenter, ClaimCenter). Proficiency in Java, GOSU, and XML. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
