This resourced will work in collaboration and as a liaison between the clients Systems Integrator (SI), Mercer, the Project Manager, and both the HR Business Teams with Legends and ASM Global. The SI (Mercer) will be doing the bulk of the data load into Workday HCM. Qualifications & Requirements: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN. A STRONG history of being directly responsible for leading UltiPro Data Migration projects Prior experience leading teams of consultants and resources that are working in collaboration to migration data from UltiPro HCM to other target HCM systems Workday HCM. Prior experience and/or understanding of Workday HCM. The consultant does not have to have prior experience with Workday HCM implementations, yet must have an understanding of the product and experience in successfully performing and managing migrations from UltiPro HCM to other HCM systems. A Workday Implementations Generalist or Lead Consultant that has been involved in a wide array of responsibilities such as implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support projects will not be the right fit candidate. This Lead Consultant must have a STRONG history of being directly responsible for leading UltiPro Data Migration projects and preferably experience where they have migrated the data from UltiPro HCM systems over to Workday HCM. Additional Job Responsibilities: Work with the SI and the Project Manager to analyze and prioritize how theyll be mapping the data and managing the data sets during the migration effort, Responsible for directly carrying out the data mapping, validation, and testing of the data Working with the SI, Project Manager, and the client to troubleshoot any data validation issues identified during testing phase.
