Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and technology teams, to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for financial crimes/AML initiatives. Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of risk in support of AML and financial crime investigations. Provide insights to improve workflows, processes, and system functionality for AML detection, transaction monitoring, and compliance reporting. Scrum Master Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as a servant leader for the Scrum team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and removing obstacles to team progress.
