The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of product strategies and Agile frameworks to deliver high-quality technical solutions.Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions. Serve as the Product Owner, managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions. Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable development tasks. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to enhance product innovation. Ensure product delivery meets performance, scalability, and quality standards. Act as a liaison between stakeholders to align technical development with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Agile best practices and AI advancements.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical product management within AI, software development, or data-driven products. Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe PO/PM) are preferred. Experience with AI/ML technologies, data analysis, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience in defining product roadmaps, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong technical background with the ability to bridge business needs with engineering execution. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with technical product ownership in AI, big data, or SaaS platforms. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud-based AI models.
