Sr Project Manager Nashville TN -Hybrid Long Term Contract Project Manager with IT & Business Transformation We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead IT and business transformation initiatives in a collaborative, open team environment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, critical thinker, and proactive leader who thrives in complex, enterprise-level projects while navigating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role demands flexibility, agility, and ownership to drive projects from vision to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT infrastructure, application development, and software implementation projects. Apply Project Management and Agile methodologies to drive successful project execution. Develop executive-level communications and actionable insights from leadership directives. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while balancing planned and unplanned activities. Provide clear project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders. Collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment between IT, business partners, and external vendors. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio for project tracking and documentation. Implement ITIL best practices where applicable.Qualifications & Skills: 8-10+ years of experience in IT Project Management. Advanced knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies. Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in IT infrastructure, mobile technology, and software implementation projects. PMP and/or Agile Certified Product Owner (CSPO) preferred. Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills.Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience). Professional-level experience in project management or business process analysis.
