Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer Location: Bloomington, IL Employment Type: Contract Implementation :TCSJob Description: We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire PolicyCenter, with experience in configuring and customizing policy administration systems for the insurance industry. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to develop and implement Guidewire solutions that meet business requirements for policy administration.Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter for managing policy creation, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Develop and configure PolicyCenter business processes, including underwriting, rating, coverage, and policy transactions. Work with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions within Guidewire PolicyCenter. Configure product definitions, coverage types, and policy terms in PolicyCenter. Create, test, and deploy custom workflows and business rules using Gosu and Guidewire Studio. Design and implement integrations with other Guidewire products (e.g., ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and third-party systems using SOAP/RESTful Web Services. Develop custom Gosu code for policy-related logic, validations, and business rules. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) of PolicyCenter applications. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and integration of Guidewire applications. Provide ongoing production support for Guidewire PolicyCenter, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
