Interview process: Candidate has to take a Codility test Followed by 2 Video Interviews Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist with expertise in deep learning, particularly as applied to a combination of text and structured data. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Deep Learning models, driving innovation, and providing technical leadership to a team of data scientists. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and researchers, to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver high-impact projects that leverage Deep Learning technologies. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of deep learning models to solve complex business problems and drive innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to understand business workflow and integrate deep learning solutions into production systems and products. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in deep learning research and technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing models and develop new capabilities. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth and development of the data science team. Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and effective presentations, reports, and visualizations. Work Experience And Education Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required. Ph.D. preferred 3-5 years of experience in applying deep learning methods to text data, including natural language processing, text classification, sentiment analysis, or other related applications. Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining. Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark, or similar technologies. Experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and processing systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with version control systems (Git). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
