Job Role: Senior Java Backend Developer (EX ADP Candidates Only) Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite from Day 1) Duration: 6+ Months Contract (C2C) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer with 12+ years of experience and prior work experience at ADP to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java development, microservices, and cloud technologies, along with experience working in an Agile environment. Required Skills & Experience: Experience Level: 12+ years of professional experience in backend Java development. Java Expertise: Strong experience with Java 8+ and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data. RESTful Services: Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs. Database Knowledge: Proficiency in both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Microservices Architecture: Experience working with microservices and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Version Control & Collaboration: Proficient in Git and familiar with Agile development tools like JIRA. Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, or similar tools. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying applications in cloud environments.
